Inspirational quote – The feeling that cannot find its expression in tears may cause other organs to weep – Marissa Peer.
Alternative Practice – Transformational hypnotherapy.
Action Step – Go through your entire house and write “I’m enough!”. Write it on your own mirror. Write it on your phone wallpaper. Set a phone alarm at 8 o’clock in the morning, and at 8 o’clock in the evening that says “I’m enough!”.
Major Life Lesson – Muhammad Ali was reading his book and he said, “You know what, I told my self I was the greatest when I was not. But guess what happened? I became the greatest!” so I told myself I was the greatest when I wasn’t and now I watch myself become the greatest.
And that’s a choice. He could have just said “I am not the greatest”, “I’m amongst the greatest”, “I am the second greatest”, “I’m near the greatest”, but he didn’t. He said “I am the greatest.”
Life Purpose – I change people. One heart, one soul at a time. I make people know that they’re enough.
- Best Advice – Be yourself
- Personal Habit – Self praise. I say nice things to myself all of the time.
- Book Recommendation – Ultimate Confidence by Marissa Peer
