…but before that, let’s get to know our featured guest for today, Craig Sim Webb.
Craig Sim Webb is a Speaker/Author and Researcher on dreams, applied psychology and consciousness, as well as a physicist and biomedical inventor.
His life path was set in motion three decades ago when he nearly drowned on a rafting trip, and then suddenly began recalling up to 10 dreams/day and having powerful lucid and vision dreams.
A McGill University graduate with pioneering dream research at Stanford University and Montreal’s Sacre kur Hospital, he has designed personal development and biofeedback tools with worldwide distribution, trained for a decade in communications and conflict resolution, and helped found/produce Making Contact (a well-respected international radio show that has aired weekly on 150-250 stations since 1995).
Inspirational quote – I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy – Rabindranath Tagore
Alternative Practice – Lucid Dreaming
Health Tip – Watch dreams.
People to tend not to notice or review it, but even if you don’t go into the deep interpretation and try to understand the symbolism or emotions behind them….sometimes dreams are very literal.
Often times, I’ve got very specific diet advice that solves various health problems that I was trying to solve for months, but these advices don’t seem logical. E.g. I had itchy skin due to increased acidity. I didn’t know how to solve it, but I asked dreams. (listen to episode for detailed story).
Before going to sleep, with a clear mind and a simple intention, ask ‘what could I do to solve this health challenge I’m going through’.
With practice, you will get your message in your dreams.
Major Life Lesson – Make sure you record and review your dreams. You will learn many lessons from them!
- Best Advice – Whatever you do, become the truest and best at that!
- Personal Habit – a practice of gratitude, 5-10 minutes before sleep.
- Book Recommendation – Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah
