Health Tip – There are times in our life when we might get frustrated, tired, sad or unhappy. When we’re in that rawness of that emotion, give yourself permission to feel whatever that raw emotion is but give yourself a time limit. When you’re ready, acknowledge that you’ve gotten past that rawness, now ask yourself ‘what is one good thing that I can find in this situation or what is one good thing I can find in my life?’.
Major Life Lesson – A gratitude practice, even if you don’t feel any difference, starts to change your energy and it changes the way you look at things, even if your daily practice is just 2 minutes long!
Life Purpose – To change the world – One Thank-You at a time!
Best Advice – Never ever take the one you love for granted. We don’t know whether the last conversation we have with someone will be the last conversation we ever have with them.
