We’re still at the beginning of what is going to be your best year ever – 2017.
To get where you want to go, you need to first declutter your life – physically, mentally, energetically and spiritually.
To help you take action in this area, I interviewed Julie Coraccio..
Some questions I asked her..
- What are some of the different types of clutter?
- Why should a person declutter, in the first place?
- Why do people find it hard to declutter?
- Do you have any hacks or tips that will make it easier for us to declutter?
Julie Coraccio is an award-winning professional organizer, author and certified life coach who supports people in getting organized and clearing clutter in all areas of their lives. She is the host of the popular podcast Clearing the Clutter Inside & Out.
Inspirational quote – No one can make you feel inferior without your consent!
Alternative Practice – Organization and decluttering.
Health Tip – Have gratitude. If you have gratitude for what you have, you’re less likely to have the need or want for attracting physical clutter. You can’t have two thoughts at the same time. You can’t be angry at not having something and at the same time have gratitude for what you already have.
Major Life Lesson – You can face a fear and survive it. Our mind creates all these stories about what will and won’t happen, when our soul is saying that this is what I want to do and move forward. Its a lot easier to face your fears than to hold onto it.
Life Purpose – Supporting people in clearing clutter to create the life they choose, deserve and desire.
- Best Advice – Look within.
- Personal Habit – Meditation and daily gratitude.
- Book Recommendation – The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom
