Action Step – Do some deep breathing and connect more with your body. After waking up in the morning, scan your body and feel connected to your body. Do more body centered practices such as dance, massage or Yoga. Make sure that you’re chosen practice is regular, so that you’re able to start sensing your emotions. Also, take some time to journal your feelings.
