Health Tip – I think people need to really work on getting quality sleep. Because when people get that sleep, really dialed in and really under control, that’s going to start giving them the energy and the motivation for everything else.
Along with getting quality sleep, make sure you eat your dinner earlier, at least 4 hours before you go to bed. Eating dinner at 7:00, 8:00, or 9:00 at night, which a lot of people do, affects your sleep.
What’s happening is instead of your body doing all the repair that it’s supposed to do, it’s spending out all the energy digesting the food. So you wake up feeling groggy, tired or heavy in the morning.
That’s why, moving your dinner back earlier like 5:00 pm or 6:00 pm, will help you sleep so much better!
Major Life Lesson – Listen to your body. Listen to the cues that your body is giving you.
Life Purpose – Teach people how to heal themselves.
- Best Advice – Just go for it. Go for your dreams!
- Personal Habit – Set your intention in the morning. Before you wake up and start rushing around, set your intention for the day that you are going to have an easy day, a happy day, and a positive day. Picture your day going about in a positive way before you get up and start getting ready.
