Health Tip – Start with the wake up technique – Thump and cross.
Every single illness or disease (mental, physical or spiritual) can be traced back to the energy not moving forward and crossing over. If those 2 things aren’t happening, nothing is going to move you forward.
Step 1: To get the energy moving forward: Tarzan thump all over your chest and the lower rib cage as well. Breathe into the nose and out though the mouth.
Step 2: To get the energy crossing over: March in place. Connect the same hand to same knee as you marching in place, 10 times. Now cross your arms over, while marching in place.
It is quite simple yet incredibly profound!
Major Life Lesson – There’s no running away from your challenges, but once you can be present with yourself and have a little help from your friends, then you can start to take better care and….overcome!
Life Purpose – Sharing Energy Medicine Yoga with the world. At this point in life, I am just answering the calls to share my work with people around the world, and my answer is always yes because I love my work.
