Health Tip – Stand up, on your feet. Sitting a lot, isn’t really health. Whenever you get a chance, stand or walk. A sedentary lifestyle leads to obesity and development of numerous other issues.
In addition, make sure you take a natural stance, while standing. Make sure you rest on your skeleton and not on your muscles.
Jump up….and land softly.
You don’t have to jump high, just a few inches off the ground is enough.
When you jump, there’s going to be a certain moment when you’re in weightlessness. Your body quickly reorganizes and restructures its alignment because its no longer subject to the gravity pulling it down.
Once you land, you absorb the shock using your quadriceps, so you might have to bend your knees a little bit. Because your structure is in greater alignment, you land and don’t fall over.
Practice till you get it right…Jump and land again….Do it several times if necessary, until you find that sweet spot, where the structure is so aligned, that muscles don’t have to work.
When your bones do the work, the muscles can relax. When your muscles relax, your central nervous system stops sending signals of contraction to these muscles, and in turn, reaches a more peaceful state of consciousness.
