With her meticulous guidance, Ana’s students cultivate an acute awareness of their own practice and life process, resulting in an exhilarating journey into self-discovery, cleansing and healing.
Ana has also been featured on the Sonima.com top 100 influential yoga teachers in America list. This list features teachers have dedicated their lives to spreading the practices of yoga, and in doing so, have impacted millions of new yogis around the globe.
Inspirational quote –
Care enough to quest for your spirit.
Do the actions necessary to quest for your spirit. Have the courage to live as your spirit dictates, which is a quest in its end itself because we make mistake after mistake in order to learn what it is, and what direction our spirit needs and wants to go in.
Alternative Practice – Ana Forrest Yoga
Health Tip – Change your breathing right now!
Major Life Lesson – The truth is so much more inaudibly more beautiful and fantastical than any of the false beliefs that you have coupled together. Be more willing to focus wide and expand your perception. To embrace more of the truth than holding on to being right or having to prove yourself.
Life Purpose – Being a teacher. A yoga teacher, a medicinal teacher, a teacher of transformational tools. Now, I’m learning how to sing into people’s bones to bring about a realignment on an atomic level for healing.
- Best Advice – Go back in time and send a call to my younger self to hang on and not die. To hang on because something wonderful is coming. So it was me giving myself a message back to time.
- Personal Habit – Daily yoga practice.
