Her family made a choice – to fight back with alternative medicine.
Seven months later, her dad was declared cancer-free, and a spark was lit in Sarah that propelled her to dedicate her life to spreading the healing her family had discovered.
Today, Sarah runs one of New York City’s leading private coaching practices, as a Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP), with a primary focus on nutrition and permanent weight loss. Her heart-centered approach has allowed hundreds to reach their health goals naturally, without ‘crash’ dieting.
Sarah is also the founder of the Holistically Slim Movement, an adviser to several empowerment groups, an in-demand public speaker, and author of the e-course, “Meditate Slim”.
When not supporting her clients, she can be found leading transformative wellness experiences around the globe. Her mission and passion are one in the same: Shifting the world to a greater state of happiness through well-being.

Health Tip – Visualization exercise. Often we have a very negative relationship or energy that exists when we go into our kitchen, so we feel negative about that space. Its important to shift that energy into how you want to feel about that space.
The solution? Maintain a journey and write down what would you want your kitchen to feel like. Write out exactly what you’d like to have in your kitchen- clean food, food from the market, you want to see yourself happy and cooking. Create that positive image.
Then you sit with yourself for 5 minutes and close your eyes. Visualize all of what you’ve written.
Surely but Surely, your relationship with your kitchen….will change!
Major Life Lesson – Unlearn, Unlearn, Unlearn and get back to your truth! You have to unlearn these programmed beliefs, you have to unlearn what you’ve been taught in school, you have to unlearn the social conditioning, you have to unlearn what your peers have told you. That’s when you can speak your truth in the most authentic way.
Life Purpose – To help inspire other people take action and look within – unlearning old mindsets and learning new beliefs, ideas and concepts.
