Sarah Thomas Gulden’s experience with yoga started in childhood and she has published a book on Chakras and yoga, Balancing The Wheels.
She is a long-time member of Shanti Yoga Ashram and the Essene Church in Bethesda. She is an RYT-500 hour yoga instructor from ISHTA Yoga.
She teaches private, corporate, and studio yoga classes. She also does personal Chakra Coaching sessions throughout Greater Los Angeles. She has led numerous local and international yoga retreats.

Health Tip – Make it a habit of doing a little meditation and breath awareness every day. Even if it’s just a few minutes each day, try to make that a part of your daily routine.
Major Life Lesson – Do your practice, whether it is Yoga, meditation or something else, regularly. Every day, all the time. It is easy because it might just be a few minutes each day, but it is also hard because creating a new habit takes effort and discipline.
