Health Tip – Turn off the lights in the room, shut your eyes, try to picture that you’re sitting on the bank of a river, and as you sit there, you notice that all the stressful events/people/causes are floating past you, one by one….downstream….forever.
While you’re visualizing also do some focussed breathing in and breathing out as your stress gradually floats down the river.
Major Life Lesson – Life has a way of presenting different avenues to you. You might not know where they lead, but if you’re a happier person to begin with, you’re going to make better decisions.
