Alternative Practice – Food and nutrition.
Health Tip – In the morning, start the day with conscious breathing and opening up the energetic body. An example of this could be 15 minutes of Yoga in the morning, 15 minutes of meridian stretches etc. These practices help our body receive the readily available energies from the Earth and from the Universe, before the ingestion of food.
Rethink the idea of food being the primary source of energy for your body.
Major Life Lesson – Take on your disease, whatever it is. Whether it is Cancer, heart disease or thyroid disease, try to find out what the disease is trying to tell you. What can you learn from it?
Life Purpose – To share ancient wisdom with modern people. To bring back some of the ancient traditions that we’ve lost or have been destroyed.
