These were some of the questions I asked Yasmine Verberckt on today’s epic session. Hypnotherapy is going to play a huge role in your transformation, so make sure you take notes and take action!
Yasmine Verberckt is a hypnotherapist and Reiki Healing level 1 & 2 practitioner in Southern California.
She graduated with Honors from the world-renowned Hypnosis Motivation Institute, an accredited college of hypnotherapy, and is also a member of the American Hypnosis Association and Hypnotist Union.
Yasmine obtained her Reiki training by a renowned Reiki master and teacher passed on through the Usui Reiki Master Lineage.

Health Tip – Hypnosis happens to us whether we like it or not, and whether we believe it or not. We go through a natural state of hypnosis at least twice a day.
If you do affirmations, make sure you do them right before you fall asleep and right when you wake up in the morning. The reason for this is that there is a time frame in between when you fall asleep and lose consciousness, and the 30 minutes before that. 30 minutes before you actually fall asleep, you go through a natural state of hypnosis. The same happens when we wake up.
Be mindful of how you’re using these moments – watch positive videos, do affirmations or write in your gratitude journal!
Major Life Lesson – Breathe with focus and attention, and focus only on your next best logical step. Also, make sure you have a good night’s sleep because once you empty that glass of water, it gets a whole lot easier to make decisions and to feel good.
Life Purpose – To teach people, by my own journey, how to discover and get where they want to be, and to teach them how to re-empower themselves.
- Best Advice – Sleep on it. If you get stuck with trying to solve a problem, whatever it is, then take a nap and revisit the subject the very next day.
