These were some of the questions I asked Travis on today’s edition of My Seven Chakras, and you’re going to love the responses that he gave me. In fact, you might even listen to this episode twice 🙂

Alternative Practice – Yoga.
Health Tip – If you’re interested in Yoga, firstly of all figure out, what style of Yoga you’d want to do. Maybe you’re interested in taking your physical body to a higher level of strength, suppleness and energy. Find a Yoga class and attend a class. You may not love the first teacher that you go to, and that’s ok. Keep searching until you find a teacher that you resonate with!
Major Life Lesson – In the end, its all about love. If you’re investing all your time and energy into materialistic possessions and external stuff, you might regret that. Although those things are important to function within this world, in the end, its going to be all about love. The more we can tap into that love, the more happy and joyful we can be.
Life Purpose – To spread Yoga to as many people on the planet as possible.
- Best Advice – Anything is possible. Even the word ‘impossible’, says I M Possible!
