Alternative Practice – Usui Reiki.
Health Tip – Place your palms together, in front of your face, in the prayer pose. Gently close the eyes and breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Imagine the energy coming in through the top of the head, going down….filling the belly and coming out through the hands.
Breathe very deeply into the nose, down into the belly and then send the energy out through the hands.
As you do this, your hands will become warmer and warmer. After about 5 minutes, take those warm hands and place them somewhere on your body that needs healing.
It will give you a sense of what it feels like to receive Reiki!
Major Life Lesson – Relax…take a deep breath! That’s bee the most useful advice I’ve received, and it continues to help me.
Life Purpose – To continue to explore the ways in which we’re connected….because Reiki is about connection….to others and the world that we live in. To be as open as I can to Life energy.
- Best Advice – Remain curious. Stay open to possibilities.
- Personal Habit – Practicing Reiki everyday.
