Health Tip – Take five deep breaths.
Whenever you find that your mind is in a million places, just pausing to take five deep breaths, which takes probably less than a minute for most people, can really center you and bring you back to yourself.
This is a powerful way to get that mind body connection in such a short period of time. It’s all about making things so simple that it becomes a regular practice.
Major Life Lesson – You have more choice over your time than you might think.
Life Purpose – To share this message that you are absolutely allowed and have the right to connect with, know and support your own body exactly as it is today.
- Best Advice – Get to know your inner mentor. Imagine yourself in the future, an older version of yourself whom you can consult if you have a question, something is worrying you, and if you are not sure where to go in life. Imagine that future version of yourself and how he or she would respond.
- Personal Habit – One of the most important ones for me recently has been being very intentional with the time that I’m on social media. I know that this is an ongoing conversation that people are having all over the place, but I find that when I can sort of have set times that I check in on it, just let myself go there, dig in and then go away and have mental space, that it just frees me up so much.
