Health Tip – During the summer, you want to keep your physiology on the cooler side, especially if you are in a hot climate. Eat more dark leafy greens, because they have more vitamins, minerals and nutrients and they have a cooling effect.
Have a simple green smoothie for breakfast for a cool body for the day!
Major Life Lesson – Listen to your body. Your body is the most intelligent thing in the universe.
Life Purpose – After doing a significant amount of growth work, whether that is on the cushion or the yoga mat, or the equivalent thereof, and then in a certain level we are always in groups where people can see stuff where we cannot see ourselves, we hit a certain level where we have actually been to something that feels like a perpetual change cycle for a while and then it really feels like they sky is the limit and that’s where I am at now.
I am perpetually creating structures and breaking down structures to the next level of growth, paying a lot of attention to what is working, what people are wanting and being able to flex and bend, in order to create greater possibilities that were not possible yesterday.
